The Hoegaarden ritual is as much about the glass as it is about the beer. Always serve your white ale in its signature hexagonal glass, which is designed to keep the beer cool and showcase its beautiful, cloudy appearance.

Start by rinsing the glass with cold water to ensure a clean pour. Pour about two-thirds of the bottle, then gently swirl the remaining liquid to wake up the yeast settled at the bottom. This adds the characteristic cloudiness and depth of flavour.

Finish the pour by topping off the glass, creating a thick, creamy head that locks in the delicate aromas of coriander and orange peel. Enjoy it chilled, but never ice-cold, to ensure the subtle spice notes shine through.
