Delete your Eastwood account

You can permanently delete your Eastwood account and its associated data at any time, using either of the methods below.
Option 1 — In the app
- Open the Eastwood app and sign in.
- Go to the Account tab.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm when prompted.
Your account and data are deleted immediately.
Option 2 — By email
If you have already uninstalled the app or cannot sign in, email support@eastwoodintl.com from the address registered to your account, with the subject "Delete my account". Include the mobile number registered to your account so we can verify the request.
We process email requests within 30 days.
What is deleted
Name, email address, phone number, date of birth, delivery addresses, profile photo, saved payment tokens, wishlist, shopping cart, product reviews, and loyalty and reward balances. This data is permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
What is retained, and for how long
Order and invoice records are retained for 5 years, as required by UAE tax and commercial record-keeping law. These records are kept solely for legal and accounting compliance, are not linked to a usable account, and are never used for marketing.
